Dear Golden Arrow,
I understand how important it is for all drivers to get to know all the routes, but please ensure that your drivers have at least a slight indication of where they should be going!
Providing the new drivers on each route with a map or guideline about the route would make it better for us mere passengers who now have to shout directions to the new driver who still follows his own mind and does not take our advice.
I know my route, all I’m asking is that your drivers do the same!
The entire week so far we’ve had new drivers who not only don’t know where they going but also obviously have no active hearing skills!
The driver from yesterday went ahead and swore at one of the passengers! This is unacceptable!
Today’s driver has no change! This is a problem for those of us who paid with a R20.00 – would this mean we get a free ride tomorrow? Usually there’s no problem with change.
Please take this feedback as being constructive! I love taking the bus to work but this week has just been ridiculous!
