it’s been a while

after a long absence from my blog  and just generally no feel to write about how I’m feeling or throwing a pity party for one here’s a post that I’ve been wanting to right for a while…

Not only because I feel much better but because I feel it would be good for anyone who suffers from this dreaded disease to try this as well…

In August 2013 I changed my diet to a Vegan diet as my body stopped processing the Meat protein that I was consuming. (staunch afrikaans girl = big ass meat lover) and I can honestly say I FEEL MUCH BETTER! 

I havent been back to my Gynae since the last time I saw him, haven’t had any Endo Symptoms and I truly believe its due to my new diet…
